Tempest Builds

The Builds below are based on having Inferno unlocked (P800) for the extra Weapon slots.
If you are just starting out or under paragon, you may not be able to acquire some esscences. If that’s the case, play around with what you have and see if you can make it work for you.

  • Mixed – Playing for awhile or looking to spend a little. An upgraded list with some 5 Stars.

  • PvP – Gems that excell for Player vs Player content.
  • Niche – While they might not work for every build or class, they may be of use to you.

Some Gems increase damage, some give a damage over time effect others are defensive and some just mock you.

  • Berserkers Eye – 1* One best damage gems for the price.
  • Mother’s Lament – 2* Increases Critical Hit Chance, arguably the best two star gem.
  • Pain Clasp – 2* Amazing DPS gem if you’re using skills or Gems that give a continuous damage effect.
  • Everlasting Torment – 1* Gives a DoT when you Crit and can increase your attack speed.
  • Fervant Fang – 2* Acquired from Battle Pass, great single target damage.
  • Power and Command – 2* Alternates Skill and Primary damage, can dispel harmful effects.
  • Igneous Scorn – 2* AOE damage then increases your damage by 10%.
  • Ca’arsen’s Invigoration – 1* Incrases Primary Attack Speed.
  • Trickshot Gen – 1* Good for channeling skills, you’ll probabbly replace later for more damage.
  • Blessed Pebble – 1* Increases beneficial effect durations, good if you have buff skills.
  • Blood-Soaked Jade – 5* One of the best gems in the game, gives damage and movement speed.
  • Roiling Consequence – 5* Increases Critical Hit Chance and cases a DoT.
  • Mother’s Lament – 2* Increases Critical Hit Chance.
  • Pain Clasp –  2* Amazing DPS gem if you’re using skills or gems that give a continuous damage effect.

  • Viper’s Bite – 2* Attacks can cause a DoT.
  • Gloom Cask – 5* Primary Attacks trigger a ranged attack.

  • Igneous Scorn – 2* AOE damage then increases your damage by 10%.
  • Fervent Fang – 2* Acquired from Battle Pass, great single target damage.
  • Power and Command –  2* Alternates Skill and Primary damage, can dispel harmful effects.

  • Gloom Cask – 5* Primary Attacks trigger a ranged attack, scales with attack speed.
  • Seeping Bile – 5* Attacks can cause a DoT and spread to other enemies if they die.
  • Chip of Stoned Flesh – 5* Extra damage when you cause total loss of control.
  • Starfire Shard – 5* Makes you invulnerable to Primary Attacks when under 50% health.
  • Starfire Shard – 5* Huge damage and knock back.
  • Maw of the Deep – 5* Huge damage knock up and armor brake.
  • Frozen Heart – 5* Gives a shild and can chill enemys.
  • Blessing of the Worthy – 5* Counter attack when taking damage and decreases damage.
  • Phoenix Ashes – 5* Gives a cheat death and shield.
  • Kir Sling – 2* Can blind enemies causing total loss of control.
  • Freedom and Devotion – 1* Increases summon duration. Decent for f2p Neco
  • Follower’s Burden – 2* Increases damage based on number of summons. Decent for f2p Neco
  • Bloody Reach – 2* Incrases damage based on distance from enemy. Decent for f2p Neco, DH, Wiz

PvE Surfin’ Build

  • Skills:

    Pants: Waverider or Flaring Lighthouse
    Set would be 4p Vithu + 4p Gloom for both.
